1.What the letter is
The M6 Daily Market Letter is Chris Myers' commentary on the ag commodity markets, published by M6 Capital Management, LLC ("M6", "we"). It goes out every trading morning, by email, and each email includes an audio version of the letter. Special reports come out when a big theme is moving the markets.
The letter and the special reports are general market commentary. Everyone on the list gets the same letter. It does not consider your positions, finances or objectives, it is not individualized advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any futures, option or other instrument. M6 Capital Management, LLC is not currently registered with the CFTC or a member of the NFA. The disclaimer and risk disclosure is part of these terms.
2.Joining the email list
To ask about joining, use the contact page or email info@m6-capital.com. Chris will reply by email. M6 decides who is added to the list and may decline a request.
3.Leaving the list
You can leave at any time: reply to any letter, or email info@m6-capital.com, and ask to be taken off the list. We'll remove you promptly.
4.Your personal license: please don't forward
The letter, its audio edition, the special reports, and their charts and maps belong to M6 and Chris Myers, or to the sources credited in them. While you're on the list, M6 gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read and listen to them for your own use.
You may not forward, post, share, sell or otherwise redistribute any letter, audio edition or report, in whole or in substantial part, or copy it into another publication, service or database. If someone else on your operation would like the letter, they can ask about joining too.
M6 may take anyone off the list who doesn't keep to this license.
5.This website
The sample letters and reports on this site are archived samples, shown as examples of the letter's format. Market conditions have changed since they were written, so they are not current commentary. The same license covers them: read them for your own use, and link to them rather than copying them.
Links to other websites are for convenience only. M6 doesn't endorse them and isn't responsible for their content.
6.No guarantees, and the decisions are yours
Chris's opinions, forecasts and weather outlooks are his judgment when he writes them, and they can be wrong or change without notice. Information in the letter comes from sources believed reliable, but M6 doesn't guarantee that it is accurate, complete or timely, and email can arrive late or not at all.
Trading futures and options involves substantial risk of loss, including loss of more than your initial investment, and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Decisions about your crop, hedges, positions and money are yours; talk to your own broker, lender or advisor before you act.
7.Limitation of liability
The letter, its audio edition, the special reports and this website are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, M6 Capital Management, LLC, its members and Chris Myers are not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages, that comes from using or relying on them, or from a letter that arrives late, contains errors or doesn't arrive.
8.Changes to these terms
